All tarot readings, consultations, rituals, candles, oils, and other spiritual products or services are final sale and nonrefundable once purchased. Each service or product is personalized, prepared, or performed specifically for the client and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded after the order has been placed.

 

If you are unsure which ritual, candle, oil, reading, or service is best for your situation, please schedule a consultation before purchasing so you can receive guidance in choosing the most appropriate option.

 

Spiritual services and products are created with the intention of influencing circumstances and shifting energy in your favor. However, specific results, outcomes, or timeframes cannot be guaranteed. Results may vary based on your personal circumstances, actions, decisions, participation, faith, and changes that may occur from one day to the next. A ritual may help create favorable conditions, but no spiritual service can guarantee that another person, situation, or event will respond in one exact way.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

 

All physical-product sales are final and nonrefundable. If your candle, oil, or other physical item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us promptly and provide clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging.

 

Once the damage has been reviewed and verified, a replacement will be provided. Photographs of both the product and packaging are required to qualify for a replacement.
